Rodriguez drafts legislation for efficient energy

Guam - Freshman Senator Dennis Rodriguez, Jr. has introduced Bill 13, which would create an Efficiency Energy Task Force that among many other things would conduct research on alternate energy units and or energy efficient light sources for all public streetlights on Guam's main and secondary roadways, village streets, and other public-owned easements and roadways.

The task force would be led by the Guam Energy Office and would be mandated to produce a written report 90 days after their first meeting to the Governor and Speaker of the Legislature.
