Drowning risk for Chamorro fisherman doubles

Guam - The Western Pacific Regional Fishery Management Council says the findings of a study released today by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health asserts that risk of drowning for Chamorro or indigenous fisherman has more than doubled since Marine Preserves were enforced in 2001.
