Obama signs Bordallo's shark conservation bill

Guam - President Barack Obama signed the Shark Conservation Act of 2010, a measure introduced by Guam congresswoman Madeleine Bordallo. The measure strengthens the enforcement of shark finning. 

Bordallo says putting an end to shark finning is imperative to the conservation of this species.
