Settlement & order issued in EITC case

Guam - A settlement and an order signing a stipulation of dismissal have closed the books on the six-year-old Earned Income Tax Credit case. Christine Naputi was the lone resident who opted not to be included in the class of recipients in the multi-million dollar EITC settlement. 

Instead, Naputi went on to come up with her own settlement with the government in which she received more than $4,000 that she was owed.  District Court Chief Judge
