Man pleads not guilty to federal drug charges
In District Court today, 26-year-old Richard Paul Quenga Ebio pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine or the drug Ice.

Guam - In District Court today, 26-year-old Richard Paul Quenga Ebio pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine or the drug Ice. Chief Judge Frances Tydingco Gatewood today detailed that Ebio allegedly obtained and distributed over 5 grams of the substance between June and December of this year.
The judge also listed out how Ebio allegedly profited the more than $9,000 from drug sales. Ebio will go to trial before a panel of jury members on February 22.
