14 beaches too polluted for public use

Guam - If you plan to hit the beaches this weekend, keep in mind that the Guam Environmental Protection Agency has deemed several beaches as polluted. They are East Hagatna Bay, Alupang Towers Beach, Trinchera Beach, Asan Bay Beach, Santos Memorial Park, Togcha Beach, Agat Park Beach, Bangi Beach, Umatac Bay, Toguan Bay, Merizo Pier, Inarajan Bay, Talofofo Bay and Pago Bay.

Swimming and fishing in these waters could cause illnesses such as sore throat and diarrhea.
