Guam - The Calvo-Tenorio Administration announced its cabinet members for its fiscal team that will have the challenge of developing solutions to the government's financial problems. Certified public accountant and vice president and chief financial officer of Coast 360 Federal Credit Union Gener Deliquina will serve as director of the Department of Administration.

Guam Community College assistant director for the Apprenticeship Training Program George Santos has been named the deputy director of DOA. Benita Manglona, also a CPA, has been tapped as the director of the Bureau of Budget & Management Research. Rev & Tax deputy director John Camacho will move up to the director position (he also serves as the banking and insurance commissioner).  Marie Benito will take on the deputy Rev & Tax director position.

The four will work with chief fiscal advisor Bernadette Artero to manage the government's cash flow, budget and cash collections.
