Pre-trial hearing for JRN Air-Con appeal

Guam - A pre-conference was held today at the DNA Building in Hagatna for an appeal filed by JRN Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. The company is appealing a decision rendered by the Guam Department of Education on a contract for preventative maintenance and repair of split A/C equipment for all DOE schools and support facilities.

DOE initially awarded this contract to J&B Modern Tech.

In the meantime, this appeal filed by JRN was first filed back in October.
