DOE hires new lawyer

Guam - The Department of Education has hired Rebecca Santo Tomas to fill the legal counsel position. According to Superintendent Dr. Nerissa Bretania Underwood, Santo Tomas starts her job in January.

The two will work hand in hand to review millions of dollars worth of capital improvement projects.
