Guam - The District Court has dismissed a lawsuit filed against the Guam International Airport Authority by one of its police officers, Citadel Sablan. Sablan filed suit alleging she was discriminated against because she is a woman.

While she took the matter up with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, which found sufficient evidence to establish a violation of the Civil Rights Act, the court found that her complaint lacked sufficient evidence.

The judge, however, did grant Sablan's motion for leave to amend her complaint should she decide to pursue the matter.
