Guam - Former Untalan Middle School teacher Timothy McDow's hearing before the Civil Service Commission was continued Tuesday. McDow is fighting his adverse action against the Department of Education.

He was terminated last month after several parents filed complaints against him for allegedly making inappropriate comments to students in the classroom.

A status call hearing has been scheduled for December 9 at the CSC's Conference Room at the ITC Building in Tamuning.
