GEC board meeting on Friday

The Guam Election Commission board is scheduled to meet tomorrow afternoon and an election challenge filed by the Democratic team of former governor Carl Gutierrez and Senator Frank Aguon, Jr. will likely be among the items of discussion.

Guam - The Guam Election Commission board is scheduled to meet tomorrow afternoon and an election challenge filed by the Democratic team of former governor Carl Gutierrez and Senator Frank Aguon, Jr. will likely be among the items of discussion. The two allege numerous flaws during the Decision 2010 General Election that they saw affected the results of the gubernatorial race. 

The board is scheduled to go over the subcommittee's report on more than 40 complaints that were filed after the election as well as get updates on the request for proposal for new office space. 

The meeting will begin at four o'clock in the afternoon.
