Guam - David Castro Camacho was indicted by a Superior Court grand jury on charges of family violence, assault and abuse of an incompetent person. Camacho, a former police officer, is accused of kicking a mentally disabled woman in the jaw and dropping her off at the Micronesia Mall and telling her to wait there until it closed.
The woman got help from a security guard at the mall and was found with an inch-long cut on her chin and swelling to her face. The 57-year-old posted $5,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in court for an arraignment hearing on December 1.
