Guam - Despite a bullying policy that's in place, there have been numerous complaints about incidents of bullying that are still occurring at island campuses. The Legislative Committee on Education has scheduled oversight hearings on the Department of Education's policy on prohibiting bullying, intimidation and harassment at public schools.

Tonight's hearing is reserved for the general public while tomorrow's hearing is reserved for DOE officials and the Guam Education Policy Board. The hearings begin at 6pm at the Legislature's Public Hearing Room.
