Guam - An official report still hasn't been released on the islandwide power outage almost two weeks ago. While the report was expected last week, it looks the island will have to wait until this Friday to find out exactly what was the cause of the islandwide blackout.
According to Guam Power Authority spokesperson Art Perez, the agency is still compiling information to determine why a Tamuning line fault failed to isolate, and instead shut down the whole island.
