Negotiations conclude for anti-bullying program

Guam - Negotiations have concluded and the Department of Education is drafting a contract to hire a firm to provide anti-bullying programs at the school. According to Deputy Superintendent Taling Taitano, once a contract is written up, it will be given to the vendor for its review.

A number of concerns have been raised on whether DOE has the programs necessary to tackle the issue of bullying.
