Medical examiner's role discussed at forum

Guam - The importance of the medical examiner in the judicial system was part of the discussion at today's 19th Regional Judicial Conference. Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Aurelio Espinola explained how he is involved in the investigation process surrounding unnatural deaths.

He detailed to judges and justices visiting from throughout the region how he examines dead bodies to identify the victim as well as how they died.
