Man admits to having sex with 14-year-old

Guam - 21-year-old Robert John Babas is being held on $25,000 cash bail after admitting to having sexual relations with a 14-year-old female.  Babas was arrested on charges of first- and third-degree criminal sexual conduct. 

He told police he knew she was under the age of 16 when they began having sexual relations.
