Veterans Park unveiled in Dededo
On a lighter note, Veterans Park in Dededo was unveiled today the result of efforts by the Dededo Mayors Council and the Dededo Veterans Organization.

By KUAM NewsGuam - On a lighter note, Veterans Park in Dededo was unveiled today the result of efforts by the Dededo Mayors Council and the Dededo Veterans Organization. President of the Dededo Veterans Organization Joseph San Nicolas says the park is approximately 6 acres and is a place to memorialize veterans.
San Nicolas says it took about one year to open the park. A fitness trail and a botanical garden will eventually be added to the grounds. He says with the help of donations they hope to add statues and other memorabilia to honor America's veterans.
