Guam - The Guam Power Authority managed to restore power in several areas, including the Guam Memorial Hospital in Tamuning. GPA spokesperson Art Perez says the areas restored include parts of Tumon, Barrigada, Agana and Anigua. He adds that the situation is still unstable, as they are trying to energize larger areas first.

Perez says they are also waiting for more fast track generators to help restore the entire island.

Residents are also reporting on KUAM's Facebook and Twitter social networks that power has been restored in areas in Piti, Agana Heights and Dededo.
