Bice says 'adios' upon last day at JGPO
Today marked the last day on the job for Joint Guam Program Office forward director David Bice. He's been overseeing the U.S. Marines relocation over the last three years and will be replaced by Joe Ludovici.

Guam - Today marked the last day on the job for Joint Guam Program Office forward director David Bice. He's been overseeing the U.S. Marines relocation over the last three years and will be replaced by Joe Ludovici.
Bice will move on to international consulting work while Ludovici will take over JGPO beginning Monday.
