Guam - Another payment has been issued to federal receiver Gershman, Brickner and Bratton for more than $282,000.  The money was for work the receiver performed during the month of July. 

Since they were appointed a year and a half ago, the receiver has been paid more than $5.7 million. Principal associate David Manning raked in the most for the month of July, being paid $46,000; while vice-presidents Chris Lund and Chase Anderson received $36,000 and $29,000, respectively.
