Guam - The death of an Ordot man has been ruled accidental. A 66-year-old man passed away Saturday night after a tree reportedly fell on him.  The man was cleaning the area and police believe the recent rain loosened the soil, causing a tree to be uprooted.

An autopsy conducted today confirms he died from asphyxiation from the tree falling on him.  KUAM News has confirmed the man who died is Joseph Quitugua, a longtime advocate for children with disabilities.
