Guam - Traffic lanes on Marine Corps Drive at the Wusstig Road intersection in Yigo will be restored to two lanes for both the north and south bound directions during non-working hours. Drivers should still anticipate daytime lane closures and delays due to ongoing construction work in the center of the road.

Yigo
Construction work will also be underway in the center of Marine Corps Drive at the Chalan Lajuna intersection. Traffic lanes will be restricted to one lane for both the north and south bound directions. Drivers should anticipate delays and an increased travel time due to these lane restrictions. Construction work on Wusstig road will also continue. Drivers approaching Marine Corps Drive from Wusstig Road are advised that left turns onto Route 1 continue to be prohibited.

Dededo
Roadway and drainage work continues on Alageta Road. Motorists are advised that Alegata Road between Kalamasa Drive and Route 26 is closed to all but local traffic. Motorists heading from Route 26 toward the airport will need to use the detours on Kalamasa Street and Ahau Street. Persons traveling toward Route 26 are advised that Alageta Road is one way only between Uhang Street and Kalamasa Street and to follow the detour signs around the construction area.

Sinajana
Traffic lanes will continue to be restricted to one lane in each direction on Route 4 at the Tutujan (Sinajana) intersection. Drivers continue to be advised to merge early into the thru lanes and follow the detour signs. Persons traveling on this portion of Route 4 should anticipate delays and increased travel time.

Barrigada
Traffic lanes will continue to be restricted to one lane for all directions at the intersection of Route 8, 10 and 16. Persons using this intersection to travel to or from Harmon, Hagatna and Mangilao should anticipate delays and substantially increased travel time due to these lane restrictions. The Department of Public Works encourages to find alternate routes and consider car pooling to reduce traffic congestion.

Chalan Pago/Yona
Beginning Tuesday the downhill lane on Route 4 starting at the "lookout" will be closed for construction. Traffic heading downhill toward Pago River will be shifted to the left to allow for construction work on the shoulder of the road. The additional lane for traffic heading uphill will no longer be available due to the detour for the downhill lane. Drivers traveling on Route 4 between the Pago River and Yona should anticipate delays and increased travel time.
