GEC will print three ballots
The GEC will produce one for partisan races, another for non-partisan race and a third strictly for the delegate race.
Guam - As a result of the Guam Election Commission's non-compliance with the federal MOVE Act, the board during their meeting Wednesday night approved printing three separate ballots: one for partisan races, another for non-partisan race and a third strictly for the delegate race. This however doesn't mean the problems are over for the GEC.
The agency is still having conference calls with the U.S. Department of Justice on three separate tasks GEC must fulfill in order to satisfy compliance requirements. Although the GEC agreed to implement two of the feds requirements a third conflicts with local law and needs further discussion.
The GRC board will meet again at 2 this afternoon.
