Elderly man dies from accident injuries

Guam - The 78-year-old man that slipped and fell at the Hagatna McDonald's this past week died Thursday evening.  The man spent the week in critical condition at Naval Hospital in Agana Heights. Navy officials say he was pronounced dead at 8:53pm.

Concerns were brought to KUAM News about the Guam Fire Department not having the proper equipment, namely a c-collar, to help support the elderly man's neck at the time of the accident. The issue has since launched a fact-finding investigation regarding the shortage of GFD's supplies.
