Guam - Marianito Bautista entered into plea agreements with the Government of Guam in two separate criminal cases.  The Department of Administration employee agreed to plead guilty to a felony charge of assault while the government agreed to drop the charges relating to criminal sexual conduct allegations.

According to his defense attorney, Bautista pleaded guilty to official misconduct in a separate case for pulling out two tax refunds instead of allowing them to be mailed. He was accused of theft, extortion and conspiracy but those charges were dismissed, as well.

Sentencing will be held on a later date.
