PUC approves 8% water rate increase

By KUAM NewsGuam - The Public Utilities Commission on Wednesday night approved a request to raise rates from the Guam Waterworks Authority. The 8% rate hike is part of the agency's five-year rate plan.
The increase goes into effect on October 1.
