Guam - The federal court has denied a Department of Corrections inmate's motion for appointment of counsel. Charles Weatherby alleges he hasn't received proper medical attention, alleging DepCor has not allowed him to have his teeth evaluated as well as prevented him from seeking proper medical treatment for gall stones.

The court, however, did grant the inmates application to proceed without having to provide prepayment of fees as well as his motion for service of process by the U.S. Marshals Service.
