Guam - Guam's first responders are getting better prepared for various incidents that they may be activated for.  Texas Engineering Extension Service Training Specialist Tony Garcia says they are conducting the training to help individuals use incident command forms.

"At any point and time throughout our lifetime, we might be encountering natural or manmade disasters just like what happened in California last week.  So we all need to be prepared by attending training and then exercising that training in order to be ready for when the unexpected occurs," she said.

Among those participating in the training are the Guam Police Department, the Guam Fire Department, Public Health and Public Works.  The training continues on Wednesday.
