Man arrested for car theft, burglary

Guam - The Guam Police Department arrested Rio Fairachy on charges of burglary as a 2nd degree felony and theft of property. Court documents state that Fairachy took a victim's blue Toyota Corolla, along with a power drill and other items worth less than $500.

He was booked and confined.
