Former DOA staffer's change of plea continued

The former Department of Administration employee faces multiple counts of criminal sexual conduct as well as theft and conspiracy charges for allegedly charging people to expedite their tax returns.

Guam - The change of plea hearing for Marianito Bautista has once again been continued for later this week. The former Department of Administration employee faces multiple counts of criminal sexual conduct as well as theft and conspiracy charges for allegedly charging people to expedite their tax returns.

The hearing has now been scheduled for Friday at 10am, and Judge Arthur Barcinas has ordered that the plea agreement be filed with the Superior Court by Wednesday morning.
