Woman jailed for vehicular burglary, drugs

Guam - The Guam Police Department arrested Michele Ann Cruz on charges of vehicular burglary, theft of property and drug possession. Court documents state that Cruz got into an argument with a man known to her and allegedly took his car keys and cell phone.

Police later found Cruz with the items along with a Hello Kitty-branded pouch that contained a glass pipe and several straws with residue of the drug Ice. She was booked and confined.
