Former DOA staffer to change plea
The former Department of Administration employee faces multiple counts of criminal sexual conduct as well as theft and conspiracy charges for allegedly charging people to expedite their tax returns.

By KUAM NewsGuam - Marianito Bautista is scheduled to change his plea in the Superior Court of Guam today. The former Department of Administration employee faces multiple counts of criminal sexual conduct as well as theft and conspiracy charges for allegedly charging people to expedite their tax returns.
He's scheduled to change his plea before Judge Art Barcinas.
