Cop's trial for assault continues

Guam - The trial continues today for Police Officer Steven Topasna. He faces charges of assault and official misconduct for allegedly beating Ray Gagarin. In April 2008, Gagarin told KUAM News that an off-duty officer came to his home and began assaulting him. 

He was later released from police custody when they realized they had picked up the wrong person.
