Small companies tapped for military contract

Naval Facilities Engineering Command Marianas awarded a multiple award contract with a combined maximum capacity of $50 million to four SBA hub zone firms.

Guam - Naval Facilities Engineering Command Marianas awarded a multiple award contract with a combined maximum capacity of $50 million to four SBA hub zone firms. Those firms are CKY, Inc. of Hagatna, Donaldson Enterprises from Hawaii, Environet, Inc. of Hawaii and Unitek Environmental Guam from Barrigada.

All four companies will compete for task orders with scopes of work to include munitions response and incidental environmental remediation on Guam and the surrounding Pacific Ocean. The contract includes one base period and four opt-in years with expected completion date of September 2015.
