Guam - While the Department of Corrections has suspended its work detail, it seems one inmate used the program to steal several items from three public schools.  The Guam Police Department's Criminal Investigation Division charged Tommy Dean Fejeran Thursday with allegedly using a knife to break into Untalan Middle, P.C. Elementary and Carbullido Elementary while on work detail earlier this year.

Investigators used fingerprints to pinpoint Fejeran, who is currently behind bars for violating his conditions of parole in June 2009. He was originally in DepCor's custody on charges of burglary and was granted parole back in 2008.

Fejeran was again charged with burglary and theft of property.
