Bordallo pleased at Navy's decision

Guam - Saying she appreciates the Navy's decision to push back the release of the Record of Decision, Congresswoman Madeleine Bordallo says this will allow the military to give more thought to the alternative proposals that were submitted on key issues, such as the transit carrier berthing location and the training range location.

The delegate adds that it was an important step for them to take additional time to get the record of decision right.
