Lawmakers back indigenous rights resolution

Guam - Lawmakers gave impassioned speeches on session floor today in support of Resolution 420. The measure expresses the 30th Guam Legislature's support for the rights of indigenous people declaration.

It also supports the rights of the indigenous Chamorro people and requests the Obama Administration reconsider the military buildup.
