Cold case murderer indicted
51-year-old Vicente Peter Rosario Camacho was indicted on charges of murder as a 1st degree felony and a special allegation of possession and use of a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony.

Guam - 51-year-old Vicente Peter Rosario Camacho was indicted on charges of murder as a 1st degree felony and a special allegation of possession and use of a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony. He is accused of the shooting and killing William Pablo Mesa in January 1988.
The Guam Police Department's Cold Case Unit was able to charge Camacho after extensive interviews with key witnesses. He is also currently serving time for charges of criminal sexual conduct.
