Management team to meet with judge

Guam - The Department of Mental Health's federally appointed management team, Dr. James Kiffer and Attorney James Casey, will meet with District Court Judge Consuelo Marshall on Wednesday.  Discussions will center on the team's plan of action that will provide a blueprint for the government to come into compliance with an amended permanent injunction and provide services to individuals with disabilities.

Details about the plan have not been made public pending the court's review.

The team says Judge Marshall is expected to file the plan on Thursday after conducting another status hearing that day.
