Guam - 40-year-old Joey Quichocho Perez was arrested by police on Monday.  GPD Spokesperson Officer A.J. Balajadia says officers with the Special Operations Division conducted a pullover in Yona and found Perez in possession of crystal methamphetamine. 

Perez was arrested for possession of A Schedule II Controlled Substance, possession with the intent to distribute, and bribery.  Police did not provide additional details about the bribery charge.
