Cynthia De Castro has trial in December

Guam - CHB President Cynthia De Castro is scheduled to go to trial at the end of the year for a bribery case.  De Castro pleaded not guilty to charges of giving a bribe and two counts of giving a bribe to a building inspector.

Department of Public Works building inspector Timothy Gonzaga claims De Castro tried to bribe him for CHB projects.  A pretrial conference is scheduled for November 16, with jury selection and trial slated to begin on December 1.
