Guam - A U.S. Coast Guard investigation has been launched after a tour submarine had run aground in the western shoals of Apra Harbor on Monday. The Coast Guard reports that the Atlanta V submarine remained in the area throughout the day as an investigator and a marine inspector evaluated the structural integrity of the hull and damage to the reef.
