Cold Case Unit solves 1988 murder

Guam - The Guam Police Department's Cold Case Division solved a more than two-decade old murder case. Police say Vincent Camacho was charged for the 1988 murder of William Mesa that occurred in Tamuning.

It was through extensive interviews with key witnesses that helped investigators make the arrest. Camacho was charged with murder and is currently behind bars for a criminal sexual conduct case. He is scheduled to appear before the Superior Court to be magistrated on Saturday.
