52-year-old man is second DUI arrest

A 52-year-old Harmon man has become the second arrest made following the implementation of the island's new DUI policy.

Guam - A 52-year-old Harmon man has become the second arrest made following the implementation of the island's new DUI policy. Police took Edward Pang Pak into custody early Thursday morning after reports were made that he was driving recklessly on Route 16 near the Harmon McDonald's.

Police later located Pak when they spotted his vehicle near Kang's Market.  He was charged with driving under the influence and reckless driving.
