Guam - Congresswoman Madeleine Bordallo issued a statement on the passing of Francis Scotty Moylan, writing, "Scotty was a close personal friend of mine and was a pioneer of small business on Guam.  I offer my most sincere condolences and prayers to the family and many friends of Scotty.  He will be missed."

Scotty Moylan is the father of former Guam lieutenant governor Kurt Moylan and the grandfather of former lieutenant governor Kaleo Moylan.
