All 3 victims in Wusstig Road crash identified

The driver of the Toyota Tercel driving southbound was identified as 28-year-old Stoney Onosee Rong, and the passenger as 30-year-old Sataky Kutta.  The driver in the Toyota Corolla that was struck by the Tercel while taking the left turn onto Wusstig Road was identified as Felizardo B. Baes.
