Yigo man assaults responding police officer

Guam - 24-year-old Kasty Selkar of Yigo was arrested Sunday evening on charges of public drunkenness, assault on a police officer and resisting arrest. Preliminary reports indicate that police responded to the disturbance call at Jed Apartments in Upper Tumon, where they found Slekar intoxicated and belligerent.

He is accused of assaulting another person and even kicking and yelling when officers placed him in the patrol vehicle.
