After threatening residents & cop, man jailed

Guam - Police were called to the San Gil Apartments complex in Harmon on Sunday afternoon, responding to a disturbance call. 36-year-old Jackson Edward was taken into custody after he got into a verbal altercation with another individual, and even going so far as to challenge one of their officers.

Edward was charged with assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. He was booked and confined.
